BOD Visit's East Cost Operations

19th May, The BOD visited the east coast operations, namely Gebeng, Kemaman and Paka. One of the main agenda in this visit was to view the newly completed foreign workers accommodation, development of Telok Kalung yard, Kemaman and further discussions on ongoing projects with Branch Managers. Our visit started at Gebeng, followed by Telok Kalung Yard and finally Paka.

Bird's Eye View of Leopad Gebeng Yard

View of the newly completed permanent foreign workers accommodation. This is our first permanent concept where workers are housed at our very own yard. This concepts saves cost on renting of houses and other accommodation. The accommodation on the right was also build buy our own in-house workers. Kudos to Gebeng operations for the planning and execution.

Internal view of the accommodation coupled with individual lockers. and arrangements of bunk beds. Notice the cleanliness and systematic arrangements of beds.

This is in line with Leopad's concern on facilities for foreign workers. "Better facilities, Better Work Output."
